This has been my path number 7 falls over sometime causing all the the numbers to collapse into itself and cause and number review. Often due to the fact that I don't believe anything because of my loss of self-belief. Which puts me in Survival mode.

Number 1 - Survival
Number 1a- Repair
Number 2 - Procreation
Number 3 - Realisation
Number 4 - Transformation
Number 5 - Unification.
Number 6 - God realisation - God head?
Number 7 -  TOTAL SELF BELIEF

Well Its been really FAST. The realisations are really flowing. Im finding some kind of new peace. My verbal expression is really improving.
My fear of reading is over. Im become a serious book junky. Things have become clearer. Once again.

Q,How do you feel Zak?
A,I feel great although Im in repair mode. The no smoking is STILL in effect. Im focusing on food now. reducing the amount of garbage I put into my body.
im gearing up for TOTAL PURIFICATION again. You see I do this every 2 years for about 6 months. This time I hope its forever.

Q,What do you mean by GOD REALISATION?
A,Well its simple really. You realise that you are in the universe, therefore you are a component of the universe. God head is realising that.

Q,IS THAT YOUR THEORY ZAK?
A,Don't be stupid it ages old. And to me it is not a theory.

Q.Why are you making out you are in some kind of an interview Zak?
A, Because Im you and you are me. See

Unfortuantely my Kombucha culture has died. It pronounced on the 3rd of december. What a shame. What a terrible shame.

The Kombucha culture stayed with me through my recovery period.

Unfortunatly fumes/smoke from the kitchen offset the balance of its complex community. Sorry

A couple of years ago I found a book simply called YOGA. It was written by someone who is very well educated and knows a hell of alot about a hell of a lot of things Hari Parasad. He was the great man that translated the Korean into Chinese. Living in india he learned alot about the ancient SANSKIT teachings.

Well the first part of the book said that YOGA comes to you when you are ready.

Interesting as I brought the book by chance(?).
Anyway...

The address in the book led me to this lovely house in NOTTING HILL that has regular talks on GOD REALISATION etc. and achieving the higherstates of the mind and becoming at one with the universe. Very interesting.

So now im studying YOGA- Shanti Sadan - Notting Hill - If you want to find it you will find it.

The amount of energy I have today due to the Physical yoga session that I had yesterday is amazing.

They  focus  mainly on Breathing where you get into some extremely awkward positions and maintain your breathing consistency. Whether that be inhaling or exhaling.

1, People around you may not understand what you are saying.
1a, People around you may not believe what you are saying
1b, You may not even believe what you are saying.
2, The sheer amount of thought can be mentally draining. - This is where shutting the thought out is important.
3, Explaining the concept of "have no thought" can be a problem
4, Explaining thoughtlessness is not possible as thought is structured and thoughtlessness is not.
5, The debate of what spiritualality is is infinite.

Temptation

Temptation is like a vacuum that get stronger the closer you get to it.
