"No fixed Agenda(NFA)"

realisation paralasis(RP)

25th Feb 2003

The concept of No fixed Agenda:

Normally I go through life. I attach to an idea and I work at it. My views in the past have become clouded. But no more. No I exist on a NO FIXED AGENDA policy. Basically it goes like this. I have no plans at all. Whether it be for a day or for a weekend.

There are a basic set of rules that apply to NFA.

1,  Make no plans

2, If you feel you have to go somewhere.. go there!.or not!

3, If someone invites you over....go ....or not!.

4, If someone says "you have to meet this person". Go there and meet them immediately

5, Keep open-ended(OE). By being OE you have to use a little bit of tact in order to not fully commit yourself to anything.

6, Avoid making promises.

nb It is important to eat and sleep and the rest. Keep your self free and do something totally different. See what happens, you may be surprised

The concept of Realisation paralasis(RP)

Realisation paralasis is when your realisation becomes so painful that you feel paralised. You feel paralysed and you feel that you can not operate anymore. Quite often someone will point something out in you and you may become intraverted.

. This is realisation paralasis.

Antidote to RP is simply to "accept the moment".

My trip to Glastonbury.

Went to Glastonbury for the Celebration of unity. What an event it was amazing. I met so many lovely people that it just blew me away. Operating a NFA policy ensured that I flowed in and out of some amazing people. .The people that I met welcomed me into their houses. Before I knew it I was in the company of total strangers. I felt like I knew them all my life. It is funny how we rely so much on meeting people that we know. So many people have no idea about trust so many people are so scared to travel anywhere.

Glastonbury is the spiritual heart of England. It is the hypothalamus of the world. I love the place. full of magic and wonder. Everyone that I see there has some amazing stories to tell. It was brilliant to spin around for a weekend meeting people that will spin around with me for the rest of the year. Festival season here we come. Hopefully I can get it together to fesival it for the remainder of you year. If all goes well I will travel across Europe. Being Mr festival head.  So fingers crossed.
