Group consciousness -

So where am I? At home, also known as the office. In London. What a week! Bombings in London, G8 summit, Olympic games. There is an uneasy feeling in the air. Central london is all closed off , you can get around but the police presence is intense. They found identity of the bombers, normal dudes one a school teacher. I was thinking what goes on in the mind of a person who is prepared to take his life. What is his final thoughts. Programmed to believe they are going to the promised lands!. Greeted with maidens washing their feet. Hey I thought Ibiza was for that! 

Business has taken off! I have been importing "hemp protein" in to the UK. easy to do? I think not!. Firstly the whole shipment was stalled for two months. Due to an anomaly in the order (the food bars were not authorised) we had to wait and our customers were getting anxious. Hemp protein is a superfood and the world needs it. it contains all essential amino acids, which your body can not produce. We have a great sales team now and I see all my charity work (1.5 years) paying off!.

What happened to Access All Areas ?

Well the juice bar suffered as the hempprotein did not come in in time shame really. The Juice bar/ books and cafe idea would have been perfect there. We couldn't really afford the rent just welling teas and crystals. Although I had a good team of people here I felt like I didn't communicate with the owner enough re the financials. I gave the responsibilities to one person and he did a good job. 

What happened to the organic distribution network.

It grew too big we got so many people on the books that we couldn't cope. We didn't build in any profit and the system crashed under its own weight. there was an initial debate on whether we should make it a profit company but the debate actually made the system impode. We ended up delivering organic food to 33 people across london bringing in £300 per week .Not bad but not continuing. We will reconnect at some point I am sure. It was a great project feeding all those people. and writing news letters on hemp paper.

Conclusions I have made in the last spate of you know whatism.

Group team working is about continuous communications. Its about regular review meetings and a continuous monitoring system. When a system grows you have to build in an immediate process to handle expansion. Otherwise it all implodes under the stress due to the lack of resources.

In a dynamic community environment, where we are all pursuing change we have to move forward no matter what. We need continuous motivation to get to our preferred destination. Those who are caught up in there own agenda need to be released from their own fear and motivated to move towards their goals. If we have unified goals then we must collaborate, find immediate agreements, if there is an area of disagreement, no matter!, compromise. If you can not compromise, avoid feeling hard done by. This is a short stay on this earth plane. Move on and find the next dimension of manifestation. It all energy anyway. I know its all hippy talk but its true. Well it is to me!

When you get into business, it is amazing who you meet that will  try to hinder you on your path. I have been threatened and accused of being a Mason (infultrating the rawfood world) because the financer has links into masonry. The freemasons seem to have this scary taboo linked to them but I think its a big gentlemans club that has its foundations in structure and freedom. Im sure there are some nutters in the organisation but hasn't every group of people got at least a few self centered nutcases?
