Well well well it is august and I am back in London. Officially grounded and rooted. Thank god! Wow what an amazing 3 months that was. Went to Spain and tried to find some kind of alternative living. Woosh did I almost too much alternative living. "Beneficio" located outside Orgiva is a well known Hippy Haven. Its focus point is getting away from your day to day and live of the land. They all have a general code of conduct, ie no peeing in the stream. There is a water spring. So fresh water and most of them are rapidly becoming RAW FOODIST.

COOKED FOOD IS POISON- say the raw foodest, basically if you cook food you destroy  the enzymes needed to break down the foods. Bad your your digestive system, coz your body gonna have to produce the enzymes to break a down da food and all your spare energy gonna be roouted to da food system matey!. Genetically modified food is also out. This is coz the modification could ruin our future generations as da unnatural experiment that you are rapidly becoming may not like da fork up in yo system. As for your BRAIN = 80% FAT insure you have all the correct ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS. (Hemp seed oil is a winner, banned in some countries).

They have just discovered "PROZ@K" in the water supply Proz@k is an SSRI. something to do with stopping the process of mopping up SERATONIN (the stuff that makes you happy)...HEY PEOPLE 24 MILLION PEOPLE WERE PRESCRIBED THIS STUFF LAST YEAR THIS MEANS YOU THE DOMESTIC WATER DRINKER ARE CONSUMING "REPROCESSED PROZ@K". Also I got shot in the leg. By someone who calls themselves crusty Mark. He was on a horse and decided to shoot me..Cheers Mark. I went up to him and said you shot me in the leg. He laughed, I asked him for a sample pellet and showed him the wound. Crusty mark (very off his head) gave me a pellet. I forgave him and went away. The minor surgery was a laugh (?) the nurse was very happy that she could perform minor surgery. One for the books hey Ms Nurse? Next stop El morion south of Orgiva travellers site number 3 very hot stream dries up and you are left with a profound feeling of "what the?" There are a few angels who live there! There are also a few that do not!.

Next stop the Oasis bar in Lanjaron. Great place great oasis bar. Done some Visual projections and jammed with a few DJs. This place is a gem for Water, The spring water collected here supplies the whole of Spain. It is such a blessing to drink fresh mountain water. Yummy! Very healing and very real. Very high up to you can see morocco in the distance.

So I thought I'd set up an internet cafe in Orgiva, yeah right. Town hall drag their heels! Rather drag their lives with 20 tons of anchors attached. You want a business here you have to bribe the Cartel first. Then you agree a fee with the "you know whos" . And getting a license. Forget it you must be joking. 1 year later still no license and thats with a lease being paid, architects report completes. Everything is MANYANA (tomorrow) even MANYANA is MANYANA.
