Ive often got up and its a HERE WE GO AGAIN, whilst other days its a "YIPPY". ___________ I have a theory - yes another one! based on brain capacity. the more energy you have the more capacity you have to avoid issues!. To escape from them. The ability to avoid issues that are in your mind takes up alot of energy. Basically double the amount of thoughts that you need to cope!. Everything becomes harder. What happens if you are avoiding 10 things in your head.....YOU LOSE ALOT OF ENERGY. Problem is this mass avoidance will make you believe that you are in a life that is O.K. but you are fabricating your life with wonders that and happiness that is based on the avoidence. _________________________________________ SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS YOU KNOW HOW - IF YOU DON'T SEEK ADVICE..........IMMEDIATELY. ________________________________ CONTINUE WITH YOUR TASKS COMPLETE THEM ALL....NOW! ________________________________ so when you are in a low energy spot. You will not have the capacity to do your avoidence. which means YOU WILL FEEL LIKE ITS ALL HIT YOU AT THE SAME TIME. COMPLETE YOUR TASKS IMMEDIATELY. BY NOT COMPLETEING YOUR TASKS YOU MAY CREATE PROBLEMS. THINK HOW MANY OF YOUR TASKS ARE BASED ON PROBLEMS THAT YOU CREATED IN THE FIRST PLACE. ________________________________ PLEASURE SEEKERS So you seek pleasures all the time. you look at shiny thing. you look that what attracts you. you are lead by attention. you get taken in by the TV. The radio. the HYPE THE HYPE. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. FOCUS ON YOUR DREAMS NOT YOUR FEARS. _____________________________ RELATIONSHIPS OF THE SUN. WE ARE IN THE UNIVERSE. WHICH MEANS WE ARE A COMPONENT OF THE UNIVERSE. WHICH MEANS WE ARE ALL THE UNIVERSE. ONE POINT OF THE UNIVERSE WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS THAT YOU SEEK. WHERE DO YOU SEEK I SEEK ANSWERS WITHIN. I KNOW HOW TO GET THEM. SO DO YOU!!...JUST ASK YOURSELF THE CORRECT QUESTIONS You will be surprised how quick you will answer your self. remove the fear in your thoughts and let your thoughts go. you will find that most of the fears that you have is mearly the fear of the fear.
